Due to continued growth and several major projects commencing in Limerick, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to strengthen their senior delivery team.


The Role – Contracts Manager

As Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, commercial teams, and senior leadership.

This is a senior role offering genuine influence over programme, resourcing, commercial performance, and team development across the region.


Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects across the Limerick region.
  
  
• Lead and support Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  
  
• Oversee programme planning, sequencing, and resource allocation across sites.
  
  
• Maintain strong commercial oversight in conjunction with the QS and commercial teams.
  
  
• Ensure full compliance with HSEQ standards, company systems, and statutory requirements.
  
  
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  
  
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methods, site performance, and reporting.
  
  
• Mentor and develop site and project management teams to support long-term growth.
  
  

About You

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor.
  
  
• Strong background delivering commercial, healthcare, industrial, or public-sector projects.
  
  
• Excellent understanding of programme management, cost control, and contract administration.
  
  
• Natural leader with the ability to manage multiple teams and sites simultaneously.
  
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
  
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  
  
• Full driving licence.
