The Role – Contracts Manager

The Role – Contracts Manager
As Contracts Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects across the region, ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
This is a senior leadership position, working closely with company Directors to oversee project performance, drive operational excellence, and mentor site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe, timely, and profitable delivery of multiple projects.
- Lead, mentor, and support site teams, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in line with company and client objectives.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and design teams.
- Monitor commercial performance and ensure robust contract administration.
- Identify project risks early and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company Integrated Management Systems (IMS), ISO standards, and statutory regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and delivery processes.
- Contribute to strategic planning and the company’s long-term growth.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager role (or equivalent senior leadership position).
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects within residential or commercial construction.
- Excellent commercial awareness with strong knowledge of RIAI or PWC contracts.
- Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Irish Building Regulations, H&S legislation, and ISO systems.
- Experience with Procore, or similar project management software is an advantage.
- Results-driven and passionate about delivering excellence through teamwork.
