Your Responsibilities:
As an EHSQ Advisor, your role will be hands-on and site-focused. You will report to the Senior EHSQ Manager and be responsible for:
- Identifying and addressing site-specific environmental, health, and safety risks.
- Ensuring quality standards and compliance are met across all works.
- Conducting EHSQ audits, site inspections, and investigations into incidents or non-conformances.
- Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams.
- Preparing and updating Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and EHSQ documentation.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across safety, environmental performance, and build quality.
- Engaging with project teams and subcontractors to promote best practices and a proactive culture on site.
- Providing training to staff and operatives on EHSQ procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- A third-level qualification in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ EHSQ experience in the construction industry.
- Working knowledge of Irish EHS legislation and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- IOSH membership or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and mobile-based site apps.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and lead on-site EHSQ initiatives.
- €65,000 base salary
- Company vehicle or allowance, with fuel card
