You are an experienced Electrical Project Manager ready to take ownership of major large-scale engineering projects across mainland Europe. Based on a mission-critical project in Sweden, you will oversee the planning, delivery, commissioning and handover of complex electrical systems (LV/MV/HV) for a Tier 1 engineering contractor with a strong pipeline of European work for the next 5+ years.

- 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a strong electrical trades background.
- 10+ years’ experience in an Electrical Project Management or Senior Engineering role.
- Experience delivering large-scale Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or fast-paced commercial projects.
- Experience acting as PSCS (main contractor) on complex construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of LV, MV and HV electrical systems and installations.
- Strong commercial awareness, cost control capability and reporting skills.
- Leadership ability with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent communication, client management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental management systems.
Project Start-Up
- Lead project handover and establish full project execution plans.
- Develop budgets, cost controls, cashflow forecasts and billing schedules.
- Produce procurement schedules, design plans, construction programmes, S-curves and resource histograms.
- Engage with client and design teams on engineering and procurement matters.
- Develop project-specific safety, quality and environmental plans.
- Mobilise subcontractors, labour and site infrastructure.
- Manage and develop the site team, including training requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities ensuring programme, quality and safety targets are met.
- Hold weekly subcontractor meetings reviewing progress, safety and deliverables.
- Maintain strong cost control with the QS and provide monthly management reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving issues proactively.
- Monitor productivity, materials, progress and engineering delivery.
- Oversee testing and commissioning in line with quality plans.
- Manage final design audits, system certifications and client demonstrations.
- Ensure O&M manuals, as-built drawings and statutory documentation are completed.
- Work with QS to prepare and agree the final account.
- Lead demobilisation and compile project close-out documentation.
- Maintain client engagement during warranty and retention periods.
