Based on a large-scale pharma project in Kerry, this role is for an experienced Electrical Site Manager who can take full control of site delivery. From pre-mobilisation through to final handover, you’ll be the one driving the job, leading subcontractors, managing safety and quality, and keeping the programme on track. It’s a role for someone who doesn’t just oversee, but actively runs the site day to day, staying ahead of challenges and making sure nothing slips

Electrical Site Manager Skills:
- Recognised electrical trade background
- Solid experience running large-scale electrical projects
- Track record of delivering in pharma or other live, highly regulated environments
- Strong handle on managing variations, schedules, and client expectations
- The ability to stay calm and decisive when things go off-plan
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification is an advantage, but what really counts is being ten steps ahead
As an Electrical Site Manager:
- Managing the site from pre-mobilisation through to completion
- Leading subcontractors, driving productivity, and holding standards to account
- Keeping safety, quality, and programme delivery in balance — none of them slipping
- Working hand in hand with the Project Manager and client to stay on track
- Staying ahead of issues, solving problems without fuss, and driving the job home
