Are you an Energy Manager looking to work on large-scale data centre projects across Europe, based on-site in Helsinki, Finland?
This is a critical site-based role, suited to an experienced energy or electrical professional who can take full ownership of energy isolation and control of hazardous energy across complex, high-value MEP installations.

Energy Manager Skills:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect €80,000 plus package.

Energy Manager Skills:
- Strong background in electrical or MEP systems within data centre, industrial or critical infrastructure environments
- Proven experience managing energy isolation / Control of Hazardous Energy (LOTO / LOTOS) programmes
- Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure from HV (up to 20kV) through to LV systems
- Experience supporting construction, commissioning, maintenance and operational activities
- Strong knowledge of permits, procedures, risk assessments and job hazard analysis
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong health, safety and compliance mindset
- Confident communicator, comfortable chairing meetings with vendors and client teams
- Take full responsibility for the site-wide MEP energy isolation programme
- Ensure all energy isolation activities are planned, coordinated and executed in line with approved policies and procedures
- Review and audit documentation including procedures, permits and job hazard analysis to ensure safe working conditions
- Work closely with construction and commissioning teams to safely test, validate and prove MEP system installation and performance
- Support the management of electrical infrastructure across the data centre campus, from single large facilities to multiple buildings
- Partner with Environmental, Health and Safety teams to drive operational excellence in Control of Hazardous Energy
- Deliver training to new and existing employees on defined energy isolation processes and procedures
- Manage permits and LOTOS processes and chair weekly coordination meetings with vendors and client representatives
- Oversee energy isolation from 20kV systems through to final LV circuits
