The Role: Finishing Foreman
- Monitor the safety and quality performance of all trades and subcontractors
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team; review drawings and technical details
- Oversee plant and materials logistics in line with the build programme
- Conduct dimensional spot checks and raise discrepancies to the Site Manager
- Intervene when works do not meet safety or quality standards
- Inspect and sign off subcontractor work once it meets project requirements
- Contribute to progress reporting and site documentation
- Advise and coordinate with senior team members including Site and Assistant Site Managers
- Lead by example to mentor and support junior staff on site
About You: This role would suit an experienced and self-motivated construction professional with a trade or technical background. You should have:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Finishing Foreman or similar role
- A strong track record on residential or mixed-use developments
- The ability to manage on-site activities efficiently and to high standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Salary: €70,000+ depending on experience
