The Role – Finishing Foreman: You will be a key part of the site leadership team, working closely with subcontractors, trades, and site management to ensure all finishing work is delivered to specification, on time, and to a high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all internal and external finishing trades across multiple apartment blocks
- Ensure all work is carried out to design, schedule, and the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow
- Monitor health and safety standards at all times on site
- Attend and contribute to site planning and coordination meetings
- Support procurement and site administration with relevant reports and updates
- Track workforce hours and liaise with HR and payroll as required
- Ensure all equipment is properly used and maintained
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman on medium to large residential developments
- Strong understanding of finishing stages in multi-unit high-rise construction
- Background in residential and/or underground car park construction is a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication, team coordination, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors efficiently and keep works on programme
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a high-quality finished product
- Trade background or relevant construction qualification
- CIF Managing Safely in Construction and First Aid Certification
- Previous experience on high-rise or deep basement/underground structures
