  The Role – Finishing Foreman: As Finishing Foreman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery and high-quality finish of all internal and external packages on-site. You’ll collaborate closely with the wider site team and subcontractors to meet programme milestones and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the quality and safety of works by subcontractors and trades
  
  
• Liaise daily with the Engineering and Site Management teams
  
  
• Review technical drawings and details to ensure accurate execution on site
  
  
• Plan ahead for plant and material requirements in line with the programme
  
  
• Conduct spot-checks and inspections of works, ensuring alignment with standards
  
  
• Flag and halt any works that are unsafe or substandard
  
  
• Sign off subcontractor works when they meet project requirements
  
  
• Assist in the preparation of site progress reports
  
  
• Provide direction to the Foremen team and act as a mentor to junior staff
  
  

What You Need:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Finishing Foreman or General Foreman role on large-scale construction projects
  
  
• Trade background or construction-related qualification
  
  
• Excellent knowledge of finishing standards across all trades
  
  
• Ability to lead by example, communicate clearly, and manage workflow efficiently
  
  
• A strong eye for detail, high-quality delivery, and site safety awareness
