A leading Irish housebuilder is delivering a major apartment scheme of over 650 units in North Dublin and is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to play a key role in delivering this high-spec development to the market.

The Role – Finishing Foreman As Finishing Foreman, you will oversee all finishing works across the development, ensuring first-class standards and timely handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality and safety standards of subcontractors and trades are consistently met.
  
  
• Review drawings and details in collaboration with the Engineering Team.
  
  
• Coordinate material and plant requirements in line with programme targets.
  
  
• Carry out inspections, highlighting and resolving snags or discrepancies.
  
  
• Take immediate action on unsafe or substandard works.
  
  
• Sign off completed subcontractor works to required specification.
  
  
• Contribute to progress reports and project documentation.
  
  
• Mentor junior site staff, setting a professional example.
  
  
• Support the Site Manager and fellow foremen with smooth site operations.
  
  

Your Background

• 4+ years’ Finishing Foreman experience on large-scale residential or apartment developments.
  
  
• Trade background or relevant construction qualification.
  
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across the wider project team.
  
  
• Detail-focused with a proactive approach to snagging and handover.
