We are seeking a HVAC Service Engineer to join a mobile service team and support clients across Ireland based out of Ireland. This is a field-based role, providing maintenance, repairs, and technical expertise on a wide range of HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, split systems, and close control units.
The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects, contributing to the performance, reliability, and efficiency of clients’ HVAC systems, while developing your technical skills in a supportive and structured environment.

HVAC Service Engineer Skills:
Salary is DOE but you can expect at least €55,000 along with a package.

HVAC Service Engineer Skills:
- Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mobile AC servicing.
- Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- IT skills, including Word, Excel, email, and database use.
- Desirable extras: Safe Pass, Manual Handling, MEWP certification, F-Gas certification.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive callouts on client sites.
- Diagnose and repair AHUs, chillers, split systems, and close control units.
- Complete risk assessments, job reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Support 24/7 1-in-6 call-out coverage with a 4-hour response time.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and pass on sales leads.
- Work closely with the wider service team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
