M&E Coordinator

You are a skilled and proactive M&E Coordinator looking to join the team on a major construction projects in Dublin. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical works from pre-construction through to completion.

You will liaise closely with design teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency

M&E Coordinator Skills:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an M&E coordination role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems across commercial, residential, or healthcare projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with BIM/coordination software such as Navisworks or Revit desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a project team and manage multiple priorities.

As a M&E Coordinator:

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services on site, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural elements.
• Review and manage M&E drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Attend regular design and coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Oversee the installation works to ensure compliance with project specifications, programme, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve potential clashes between disciplines using drawings, models, and collaboration with relevant parties.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and progress, providing technical support and guidance where required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality assurance procedures, and project timelines.
• Assist in commissioning and handover of M&E systems, including snagging and close-out documentation.
• Support project managers in programme planning, reporting, and cost control of M&E works.

The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least €75,000 plus package.
