Job title: M&E Coordinator – Building Services
Location: Dublin, Co Dublin
Company: Established Irish Main Contractor
Package: €60,000 to €70,000 DOE + car allowance + package
The Company
This established Irish main contractor delivers commercial, industrial, healthcare and education projects across Dublin and Ireland.
They are looking for an M&E Coordinator to join their Dublin team, coordinating mechanical and electrical services across live construction projects.
The Role: M&E Coordinator
You will coordinate building services from specification and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
Working with project teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors, you will ensure M&E installations are properly coordinated with architectural and structural works and delivered in line with programme.
Must Have Requirements
Salary: €60,000 to €70,000 DOE

Must Have Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in M&E coordination, building services or a transferable construction engineering role.
- Relevant third-level construction or engineering qualification.
- Experience coordinating M&E subcontractors and technical information.
- AutoCAD and relevant construction IT experience required.
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical services with construction activities.
- Review specifications, services drawings and architectural/structural details.
- Coordinate M&E subcontractors and monitor programme requirements.
- Liaise with design teams to resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Support testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Coordinate O&M manuals and associated documentation.
Salary: €60,000 to €70,000 DOE
