You are a commercially focused and technically capable M&E Quantity Surveyor looking to oversee the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages on complex infrastructure projects based in Co Kildare.
This position requires full-cycle responsibility, including valuations, procurement planning, subcontractor engagement, cost forecasting, and final account settlement.
The role will involve close collaboration with project managers, site engineers, and the wider commercial team to ensure accurate cost control and contract compliance throughout project delivery. A key component of the role is the ability to manage change events, prepare substantiated EOT claims, and contribute to value engineering initiatives.
You will have a strong grasp of both mechanical and electrical systems in a construction context and the ability to manage commercial risk proactively. This is a leadership position that also includes mentoring junior QS staff and supporting the development of commercial awareness across the project team.
Your new company are an established and reputable contractor delivering technically complex infrastructure across sectors including energy, civil engineering, utilities, and renewables. With a strong in-house delivery model, we manage all key aspects of our projects, from engineering and planning through to construction and commissioning.
