We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to lead on-site mechanical teams on large-scale and industrial projects.
You will be responsible for managing resources, direct labour, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and overall site management.

Mechanical Construction Manager Skills:
Salary €70,000 – €85,000 DOE plus benefits, company vehicle or allowance, and long-term career progression within a leading mechanical contracting business.

Mechanical Construction Manager Skills:
- Strong mechanical services background with experience in industrial or large-scale projects
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in site management
- Proven ability to manage direct labour, subcontractors, and project resources efficiently
- Excellent organisation, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of construction plans, scheduling, and EHS compliance
- Lead and coordinate mechanical teams on-site to ensure timely and quality delivery of all project requirements
- Select tools, materials, and equipment, tracking inventory and procurement needs
- Manage construction sites, ensuring compliance with project plans, building regulations, and safety targets
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors effectively
- Monitor progress and quality of work, liaising with management and preparing audit reports
- Oversee both on-site and off-site construction activities to maintain compliance and project standards
- Support project scheduling, planning, and problem-solving for mechanical installations
- Ensure strict adherence to the company EHS plan and quality procedures
