Site Management
Posted 9 days ago
You are a capable and experienced Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator looking to take the reins on residential developments across the Greater Dublin Area. This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who’s comfortable bridging the gap between design intent and what’s actually going in on site.
You’ll be the key link between the Building Services team, site management, subcontractors, and utility providers. From early-stage design coordination to final commissioning and handover, you’ll help ensure mechanical and electrical systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. That means staying ahead of any issues on-site, keeping programme dates in focus, and ensuring every part of the M&E install is properly thought through and well executed.
This role isn’t just about ticking boxes, it’s about making sure systems work, timelines are realistic, and all the right people are in the loop. If you're someone who takes ownership, spots issues before they become problems, and thrives in a team that values practical, buildable solutions, you’ll be right at home here
