This specialist engineering contractor is Europe's leading dedicated data centre delivery partner, delivering turnkey solutions from design and construction through to commissioning on some of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre developments.
With a growing portfolio of projects across Europe, they are seeking an experienced OFCI Manager to join a major data centre project in Vaasa, Finland.
The Role: OFCI Manager
Reporting to senior project leadership, you will take ownership of all Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment packages throughout the project lifecycle. From procurement and logistics through to installation, commissioning and final handover, you will ensure all vendor-supplied equipment is delivered safely, on programme and in accordance with client requirements.
Working closely with engineering, planning, commissioning, client representatives and vendor teams, you will coordinate the successful integration of critical equipment into one of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre projects.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced engineering professional with a strong background managing complex equipment packages on major construction projects. You are commercially aware, technically capable and confident coordinating multiple stakeholders while maintaining programme, quality and safety objectives.
Experience on hyperscale data centre or other mission-critical developments would be highly advantageous.

Must Have Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience with an M&E contractor on large-scale construction projects.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience managing complex equipment packages from procurement through commissioning.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on mission-critical, data centre or major industrial projects.
- Experience managing OFCI or client-supplied equipment packages.
- Knowledge of project planning, logistics and commissioning processes.
- Strong commercial awareness and risk management experience.
- Experience working with engineering software and project management systems.
- Manage the full lifecycle of all OFCI equipment packages.
- Act as the primary point of contact between client-appointed vendors and project teams.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, installation and commissioning activities.
- Lead coordination meetings with clients, vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor programme performance and proactively manage project risks.
- Ensure all vendor-supplied equipment complies with technical, safety and quality standards.
- Support engineering, planning and commissioning teams throughout project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to resolve engineering and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate reporting and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, project procedures and data security standards.
