The Company

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading Tier 1 main contractors, widely recognised for delivering some of Dublin’s most complex residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes.

They operate across Ireland, the UK and Europe, delivering high-density apartment and urban regeneration projects typically ranging from €50m to €250m . Their reputation is built on a collaborative culture, strong safety standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality landmark developments.

With a major apartment scheme now underway in Dublin, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to handover.


The Role – Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will lead the full delivery life cycle of this high-rise apartment development, working alongside a strong commercial, engineering and site leadership team.

You will manage programme, cost, team performance and client expectations while driving a professional, safety-led, quality-focused culture on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of project delivery from mobilisation through completion.
  
  
• Lead site management, engineering, commercial and subcontractor teams.
  
  
• Manage overall programme ensuring milestones and handover targets are met.
  
  
• Drive cost control, procurement strategy and reporting with the QS team.
  
  
• Coordinate design, technical approvals and interface between trades.
  
  
• Maintain outstanding client and stakeholder relationships throughout.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality and BCAR requirements.
  
  
• Identify and resolve project risks early to protect programme and budget.
  
  
• Deliver consistent performance reporting to senior leadership.
  
  

About You

• 7 years’ experience in Project Management with a main contractor or developer.
  
  
• Strong track record delivering major apartment / residential or mixed-use projects.
  
  
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
  
  
• Excellent understanding of high-rise sequencing, logistics and site coordination.
  
  
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to manage project budgets.
  
  
• Calm, decisive leader with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
  
  
• IT literate with solid reporting and programme management skills.
