Project Manager – MEP - Ireland & Europe

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects across Ireland and Europe based out of Dublin.

 This role involves extensive travel and hands-on leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality execution, strong commercial performance, and excellent client satisfaction.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate subcontractors, oversee scheduling and budgeting, and ensure that all MEP installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.

This position requires a proactive leader with strong technical insight and the ability to manage largescale engineering projects in fast-moving environments.

Project Manager Skills:

• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle MEP projects in construction or engineering environments.
• Ability to coordinate design teams, subcontractors, internal departments, and clients.
• Strong project management capability including scheduling, budgeting, planning, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong understanding of installation, commissioning, QA/QC, and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and travel extensively across Europe.
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations, building codes, and risk assessment procedures.
• Proficiency with project management tools, documentation, and reporting software.

As a Project Manager:

• Manage MEP projects from initiation through onsite delivery, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate and liaise with engineers, subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource strategies.
• Lead procurement of materials, equipment, and specialist subcontract services.
• Carry out regular site visits across Europe to monitor progress, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
• Provide technical support, resolve onsite challenges, and maintain project momentum.
• Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, risk assessments, and other documentation for stakeholders.
• Ensure all project activities meet legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven working environment.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and final handover to ensure smooth transition to operations and full client satisfaction.

The Package: Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of €75,000–€90,000 plus package, including travel allowances for European work.
