Project Manager – MEP | Ireland & Europe

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects across Ireland and multiple European locations.

This role involves extensive travel and hands-on involvement in project execution, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality and technical performance.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget. Project Manager Skills:

• Strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Engineering
• Experience delivering multi-million-euro projects from design through commissioning
• Ability to manage subcontractors, design teams and internal engineering functions
• Competent in planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation
• Strong understanding of MEP installation, testing and commissioning processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to travel throughout Europe as project demands require
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments and compliance requirements
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder coordination skills

As a Project Manager:

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of MEP projects on sites across Ireland and Europe
• Lead engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare project schedules, allocate resources and monitor programme progress
• Oversee procurement of materials, plant and specialist services
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with technical, quality and safety standards
• Provide technical leadership, resolving issues and identifying improvements
• Produce progress updates, commercial reports and documentation for project stakeholders
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and safety requirements across all work fronts
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, design partners and suppliers
• Lead commissioning, testing and project handover activities to ensure full client satisfaction

The Package: Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least €90,000 plus package, with additional travel expenses for European work.
