Enjoy a clear path to Commercial Manager while working with a contractor known for quality, stability, and professional development.

About the Company: This well-established and respected civil engineering contractor specialises in groundworks and infrastructure delivery throughout Leinster. Known for its collaborative site teams, strong project pipeline, and low staff turnover, they offer a secure and dynamic environment where your leadership and commercial skills are fully recognised.

Key Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.

  • 6+ years’ post-graduate experience in a civil engineering or groundworks environment.

  • Strong contractual knowledge (e.g., public works, RIAI, FIDIC).

  • Excellent negotiation, reporting, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with construction software tools.

  • Full driving licence and eligible to work in Ireland.

What’s on Offer:
  • Competitive salary from €80,000+, commensurate with experience.

  • Executive company vehicle or car allowance.

  • Annual performance bonus.

  • Private healthcare and pension scheme (after probation).

  • Exposure to landmark infrastructure and groundworks projects.

  • A stable employer with a strong project pipeline and growth culture.

  • Ongoing CPD and real career progression to Commercial Manager level.
