What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager and play a key role in the financial management of major projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on contractual matters across a range of projects.
- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost.
- Producing monthly internal valuations and cost reports.
- Monitoring budgets and variations.
- Negotiating and agreeing with subcontractors.
- 5+ years of post-graduate experience with a Main Contractor or Developer.
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Proven track record on large-scale construction projects (commercial or residential).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet time and quality targets in a dynamic project environment.
- €80,000 base salary
