Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, package management, and final accounts
- Prepare detailed cost reports, valuations, and budget forecasts
- Monitor and control cost variances across project lifecycles
- Identify and advise on cost-saving opportunities
- Negotiate terms with contractors and suppliers
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a QS role with a main contractor or developer
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Proven ability to manage costs on high-value projects independently
- Strong understanding of contractual and commercial principles
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
