Ireland & Netherlands | €95,000 (DOE) + Package

Join a Tier 1 international contractor delivering some of Europe’s largest data centre projects. Based in Ireland with regular travel to the Netherlands (2 days per week initially), this is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with excellent career prospects.

The Role:

• Manage costs from procurement to final account
  
  
• Budget preparation, monitoring & forecasting
  
  
• Oversee contracts, payments & variations
  
  
• Work closely with project teams & clients
  
  
• Ensure accurate financial reporting
  
  

About You:

• 7+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  
  
• Data Centre/Substation experience desirable
  
  
• Degree in QS, Construction Economics, or related field
  
  
• Strong commercial & negotiation skills
