Overview
A leading Civil and Utilities Contractor with long-term work across Meath, Louth, and North Dublin have an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer.
You’ll be responsible for managing setting out, coordination, and quality control on a major utilities and infrastructure project, working closely with the Site and Project Management teams to deliver key works on time and to a high standard. The works will include trenching, ducting, drainage, services/utilities installation, and associated civils works.

Responsibilities
- Setting out, surveying, and coordinating all site engineering activities.
- Overseeing subcontractors and monitoring progress and quality of works.
- Maintaining accurate site records, quality checks, and reporting through digital systems.
- Ensuring adherence to company health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Site Engineer on civil or utilities projects in Ireland.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with setting out equipment (Total Station / GPS).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
