As Site Manager:
- Leading and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensuring all works comply with current building regulations and high quality standards
- Coordinating daily operations on-site and maintaining efficient workflows
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager / Head of Construction
- Monitoring progress against programme, managing budgets and timelines
- Overseeing all health and safety procedures on-site
- €80,000 base salary
