The Role – Site Manager:
You will be the driving force on site, leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site construction teams
- Report directly to the Contracts Manager on progress and performance
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and HSEQ standards
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and programme targets
- Conduct inspections and maintain detailed site documentation
- Provide strong leadership, ensuring excellent standards across trades
About You
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced construction professional with strong leadership and delivery skills.
Requirements:
- 7+ years’ construction experience with a Main Contractor
- Previous experience as a Site Manager / Site Agent / Senior Engineer
- Background in civils, infrastructure, or public realm projects preferred
- Degree in a construction-related field OR a strong trade background
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
