- 6+ years’ experience in the industry, ideally with a Main Contractor.
- Strong track record as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, leading large site teams.
- Experience managing major projects, preferably in commercial or mixed-use development.
- A qualification in construction (degree/diploma) or a strong trade background.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality throughout all phases of the build.
Key Responsibilities: As Site Manager, you will:
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
- Report directly to the Contracts Manager.
- Drive programme delivery, ensuring all project milestones are met.
- Maintain strict compliance with building regulations.
- Uphold health & safety standards across the site.
- Oversee quality and workmanship at every stage.
