The Role – Site Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy Main Contractor delivering fast paced fit out and commercial construction projects in Dublin. The successful Site Manager will take responsibility for the day to day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams and work closely with the Project Manager and senior management team to maintain programme targets and ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily site operations on commercial and fit out construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel
• Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations
• Drive programme delivery and maintain construction milestones
• Monitor workmanship and maintain high quality finishing standards
• Carry out regular site inspections and manage snagging processes
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management
• Ensure materials, labour and plant are coordinated effectively on site
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders throughout delivery
About You
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit out, commercial or hospitality projects
• Main Contractor experience within the Irish construction industry is essential
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines
• Strong focus on quality, safety and efficient project delivery
• Trade or construction related qualification preferred
• Highly organised with strong problem solving ability
• Comfortable working in fast paced construction environments
