  About You? You are a proven construction professional with:

• 6+ years’ experience in the construction industry, ideally with a Main Contractor.
  
  
• Experience as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, managing large site teams.
  
  
• A strong track record on residential projects, with significant fit-out experience.
  
  
• A qualification in construction (degree/diploma) or a strong trade background.
  
  
• The ability to maintain the highest standards of quality, programme, and safety throughout all phases of a project.
  
  

  Key Responsibilities: As Site Manager, you will:

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
  
  
• Report directly to the Contracts Manager.
  
  
• Ensure project delivery in line with programme targets.
  
  
• Maintain compliance with building regulations and company standards.
  
  
• Oversee fit-out works, ensuring top-quality finishes.
  
  
• Promote and enforce health & safety across the site.
