About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, HSEQ standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain excellent technical knowledge of trades and construction sequencing.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve efficient delivery.
- Report directly to the Contracts Manager, providing progress updates and solutions.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on site.
What You Need
- 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor or developer.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- The ability to manage subcontractors effectively and drive projects forward.
