This opportunity is with a well-established Irish main contractor delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, and specialist fit-out projects across Dublin and Leinster.
The business is known for delivering complex commercial builds including office developments, headquarters fit-outs and technically demanding environments for blue-chip clients. Project values typically range from €10m to €80m , with a strong pipeline of secured work in Dublin.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of multiple commercial projects across the city.
The Role – Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the full on-site delivery of commercial construction projects, from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
You will lead subcontractors and site teams, manage programme and quality, and act as the key interface between the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives.

The Role – Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the full on-site delivery of commercial construction projects, from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
You will lead subcontractors and site teams, manage programme and quality, and act as the key interface between the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Full day-to-day management of commercial construction sites.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and logistics.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality, and compliance.
- Manage programme sequencing and short-term planning.
- Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, design teams, and clients.
- Chair site coordination meetings and daily briefings.
- Oversee inspections, snagging, and handover processes.
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor on commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies and sequencing.
- Trade background or third-level qualification in construction or engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and quality systems.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- IT literate and comfortable with site management software.
