Their success is built on quality, collaboration, and craftsmanship and they’re now seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to help bring another landmark residential project to life in Donabate.
The Role – Finishing Foreman
As Finishing Foreman, you’ll take ownership of multiple homes from plastering through to final handover, ensuring every unit meets the highest standards of finish, safety, and presentation.
You’ll play a key leadership role on-site, managing subcontractors, driving programme performance, and delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

The Role – Finishing Foreman
As Finishing Foreman, you’ll take ownership of multiple homes from plastering through to final handover, ensuring every unit meets the highest standards of finish, safety, and presentation.
You’ll play a key leadership role on-site, managing subcontractors, driving programme performance, and delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health & Safety Leadership: Ensure all site works are carried out safely and in full compliance with regulations.
- Programme Delivery: Monitor progress against schedule, identify issues early, and ensure on-time handovers.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate trades and service providers, ensuring testing, commissioning, and sign-offs are completed.
- Quality Control: Inspect ongoing works, resolve defects promptly, and maintain site standards.
- Snagging & Handover: Lead snagging teams through 2nd fix, 3rd fix, and final handover, ensuring zero defects.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain site records, inductions, and sign-offs via DMS platforms.
- Customer Care: Work with the sales and aftercare teams to ensure each homeowner receives a first-class handover experience.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily coordination meetings and support a positive, solutions-focused site culture.
About You
- Trade background preferred, ideally carpentry, plastering, or finishing.
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Manager on large-scale residential projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on quality delivery.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- A proactive, hands-on leader with pride in delivering high-end homes.
