Breagh Recruitment 2025: A Year of Growth, Grit and Milestones

As 2025 comes to a close, it’s a natural time to pause, reflect, and take stock of just how far Breagh Recruitment has come not just this year, but over the past decade.

What started as a focused construction recruitment business has continued to grow into a trusted partner for contractors, developers, and candidates across Ireland, the UK, and now Europe. This year, in particular, has been a defining one.

A Standout Year by the Numbers 📈

2025 has been one of our strongest years to date, driven by the trust of our clients and the relationships we continue to build with candidates.

  • 500+ candidates successfully placed across Ireland and the UK
  • 50+ new client partnerships formed
  • 92% candidate satisfaction rating, reflecting our commitment to long-term, people-first recruitment
  • Faster placements, thanks to improved matching tools, refined processes, and a deeper understanding of what both clients and candidates truly need

Behind every statistic is a conversation, a career move, a project delivered, and a relationship built and that’s what we’re most proud of.

Celebrating 10 Years of Breagh 🎉

One of the proudest moments of the year was celebrating 10 years in business at the Irish Construction Awards in Dublin. Reaching a decade in an industry as fast-moving and competitive as construction recruitment is no small achievement.

That milestone reflects:

  • Longevity in a relationship-driven industry
  • Consistency in how we operate
  • A reputation built on trust, transparency, and delivery

To mark the occasion, Breagh was also nominated for Best Small Recruitment Agency in London, a recognition that highlights the work being done by the team beyond Ireland and reinforces our growing presence in the UK market.

Team Highlights: The People Behind the Progress

Growth doesn’t happen without the right people and 2025 was a big year for the Breagh team.

  • We welcomed Ryan to the team, adding new energy and expertise
  • Fionn celebrated his 2-year milestone, continuing to build one of the strongest site engineer desks in the country
  • Stephen drove huge success across our Mechanical & Electrical desk, supporting major projects and strengthening our specialist offering

And in July, Phil and Cathal took on the Kirby Way, a challenge that perfectly captured the Breagh mindset pushing limits, backing each other, and committing fully to the journey, both professionally and personally.

Looking Ahead: Bigger, Broader, Better

The momentum from 2025 is carrying us forward into an exciting next chapter.

  • We’re expanding into a bigger office in 2026, giving the team room to grow and collaborate
  • We’re officially growing further into Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, supporting clients and candidates across Europe and opening up new opportunities for internationally mobile professionals

This expansion reflects what we’re seeing every day: construction is increasingly global, and candidates want trusted recruitment partners who can support them wherever their careers take them.

Thank You

To our clients who continue to partner with us, to our candidates who trust us with their careers, and to the Breagh team who show up every day with drive and integrity thank you.

2025 has been a year of milestones, momentum, and meaningful progress. And as we move into 2026, we’re excited for what’s next.

Here’s to building on the last 10 years and shaping the future of construction recruitment together.
