We are working with one of Ireland's leading Civils Main Contractors on a large scale €multi-million RC Frame apartment development in South Dublin with a prestigious client.
The site is currently being cleared and there is at least 2 years work in it with more projects beginning in the area.
If you have a strong civils / RC Frame background and have strong experience working on groundworks for apartments or large construction projects then this role is for you.

As Site Foreman:
- Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
- Ensure completion dates are met
- Managing civil engineering and groundworks contractors
- Management of H&S on site to ensure highest standards are maintained
- Ensuring quality of works
- Continuous CPD Development
General Foreman skills:
- 5+ years’ site management experience
- Trade background preferable
- Background in large scale Civils and RC Frame construction
- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
- The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
