The Role – Electrical Package Manager
As Electrical Package Manager, you will take full responsibility for the electrical package on a large-scale data centre project in Finland. You will oversee the complete lifecycle from design coordination through to installation, testing, and commissioning.

This is a senior, site-based role where you will drive programme delivery, manage specialist subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical package from design coordination through to commissioning
• Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety standards across all site activities
• Manage programme delivery in line with project milestones and client expectations
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and client representatives
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance
• Monitor costs including labour, materials, plant, and variations
• Manage procurement, deliveries, and electrical package logistics
• Maintain snagging systems and ensure timely close-out of defects
• Produce regular reports on progress, risks, and performance

About You

• Strong background in electrical engineering or trade with progression into management
• Proven experience as an Electrical Package Manager on data centre or mission-critical projects
• Track record delivering large-scale MEP packages on time and within budget
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, commissioning, and QA processes
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Detail-focused with a commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance construction environment
