You are an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong track record delivering electrical installation works on major construction projects, looking to join a leading specialist contractor delivering large-scale data centre developments across Europe.
This is an on-site position based in Eskilstuna, Sweden, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day supervision and coordination of electrical works on a technically complex data centre build. You will be responsible for managing labour and subcontractors, driving programme delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring safe and efficient site operations.

Electrical Supervisor Skills:
- Relevant Electrical Trade Certificate
- Previous experience in a similar Electrical Supervisor role within an M&E / Electrical contracting environment (essential)
- Data centre experience is highly advantageous
- Strong ability to coordinate site activities across multiple trades and subcontractors
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Confident in delivering toolbox talks, reporting progress, and managing short-term planning
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of quality standards, installation sequencing, and site governance requirements
- Liaise and coordinate electrical site activities alongside other trades to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage labour requirements in line with programme and upcoming works
- Prepare 2-week lookaheads to support planning and productivity on site
- Attend daily and weekly coordination meetings with internal teams and subcontractors
- Deliver weekly toolbox talks and support ongoing safety engagement across site teams
- Produce weekly reports and issue them to the line manager with clear progress updates
- Maintain a high standard of quality across all electrical works
- Ensure subcontractors are working efficiently and aligned with site targets
- Notify line management of all variations, delays, and risks impacting the programme
- Ensure all plant and materials on site meet agreed specifications and project requirements
- Coordinate and store delivered materials safely and securely
- Review subcontractor plant, access equipment, and certifications to ensure compliance and good working condition
- Ensure all subcontractors are working in a safe manner and maintaining site standards
- Identify and address Health & Safety issues on site and escalate where required
- Review working methods and implement improvements to enhance safety performance
- Maintain high housekeeping standards across all subcontractor work areas
- Complete weekly ‘Don’t Walk By’ cards and support proactive safety culture
