The contractor has secured a strong pipeline of work and is continuing to strengthen its presence across Limerick and the wider Munster region, including the delivery of a major €30m residential development.
The Role: Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of a €30m residential development in Limerick, Co Limerick.
Reporting directly to an Associate Director, you will manage the project from pre-construction and mobilisation through site delivery, completion and handover. You will lead the site team while working closely with the commercial department, design team, subcontractors and client.
Must Have Requirements
You will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong main contractor background and a track record of delivering substantial residential or building projects.
You will be comfortable leading site teams, managing subcontractors and driving programme while maintaining high standards across quality, safety and commercial performance.

The Role: Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of a €30m residential development in Limerick, Co Limerick.
Reporting directly to an Associate Director, you will manage the project from pre-construction and mobilisation through site delivery, completion and handover. You will lead the site team while working closely with the commercial department, design team, subcontractors and client.
Must Have Requirements
- Must have 7+ years’ construction experience, including proven Project Manager experience with a main contractor
- Strong experience delivering large-scale residential or building projects
- Proven experience managing projects from commencement through to completion and handover
- Strong knowledge of programme delivery, subcontractor management, quality and health and safety
- Design and build and traditional procurement experience beneficial
- Experience managing BCAR and project handover documentation
- Strong commercial awareness and experience working closely with Quantity Surveyors
- Manage the €30m residential project from pre-construction through to completion and handover
- Lead the site team and drive works in line with the construction programme
- Coordinate subcontractors across health and safety, quality, cost and programme
- Manage design team interfaces and ensure information is available for procurement and construction
- Work closely with the commercial team on project costs, variations and subcontractor accounts
- Chair project meetings and liaise with clients and consultants
- Oversee BCAR, as-built documentation and project handover
- Report to senior management on progress, programme and project risks
