You are a skilled and proactive M&E Coordinator looking to join the team on a major construction projects in Dublin. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical works from pre-construction through to completion.
You will liaise closely with design teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency

M&E Coordinator Skills:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an M&E coordination role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems across commercial, residential, or healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with BIM/coordination software such as Navisworks or Revit desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a project team and manage multiple priorities.

As a M&E Coordinator:
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical services on site, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural elements.
- Review and manage M&E drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Attend regular design and coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
- Oversee the installation works to ensure compliance with project specifications, programme, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve potential clashes between disciplines using drawings, models, and collaboration with relevant parties.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and progress, providing technical support and guidance where required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality assurance procedures, and project timelines.
- Assist in commissioning and handover of M&E systems, including snagging and close-out documentation.
- Support project managers in programme planning, reporting, and cost control of M&E works.
