Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the procurement function with the sourcing and purchasing of materials and equipment
- Maintaining accurate records of orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Assisting with supplier management and building strong working relationships
- Handling general office administration tasks including document management and correspondence
- Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely supply of resources
- Updating databases and preparing reports as required
The Person:
- Previous experience in office administration or similar role
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in procurement and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a busy, fast-paced team
