With a strong pipeline of data centre projects across Dublin and Europe, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Lead for a major data centre development in Dublin.
The Role: Project Lead
This is a senior Project Lead position on a large scale data centre construction project in Dublin. You will take responsibility for the overall delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Working closely with senior management, engineering teams, commercial teams and subcontractors, you will oversee all aspects of construction delivery, from procurement and programme management through to commissioning and final handover.
The role requires someone with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness and experience managing complex construction projects involving multiple disciplines and specialist subcontractors.

The Role: Project Lead

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 10+ years' experience in construction project management, including senior project delivery responsibilities.
- Proven experience required delivering large scale construction projects, ideally within the data centre, industrial or mission critical sectors.
- Strong commercial experience managing project budgets, cost control, procurement and subcontractor packages.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary construction teams and manage demanding project programmes.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls and client reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage construction programmes, critical milestones and project schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and engineering teams across all project stages.
- Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, procurement and commercial performance.
- Review construction proposals, subcontractor pricing and scopes of work.
- Manage long lead equipment procurement and ensure deliveries align with the construction programme.
- Lead client meetings, progress reviews and project coordination meetings.
- Work closely with the commercial team to review valuations, payment applications and cost forecasts.
- Coordinate design changes and ensure technical decisions are aligned with programme and budget requirements.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality control and technical compliance.
- Identify programme risks, resolve construction issues and maintain progress across critical work packages.
- Oversee commissioning interfaces, project close-out documentation and final client handover.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience delivering large scale data centre construction projects.
- Background working with an Irish or European main contractor.
- Experience managing CSA and M&E construction packages.
- Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar planning software.
- Experience managing specialist subcontractors and long lead equipment procurement.
