Join One of Ireland’s Leading Civil Engineering Companies A dynamic and fast-growing civil engineering company delivering top-tier public realm and infrastructure projects across Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager. Built on a foundation of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, the business continues to expand, securing exciting and meaningful projects nationwide.

Due to continued growth and project success, this role will involve leading a utilities and public realm construction scheme in County Kerry.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site operations, ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.
  
  
• Manage and coordinate site activities to meet programme milestones and contractual requirements.
  
  
• Oversee both commercial and operational aspects of day-to-day works.
  
  
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery.
  
  
• Manage direct labour and subcontractor teams.
  
  
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary project team, including engineering, commercial, planning, and HSQE staff.
  
  
• Oversee procurement, supply chain coordination, and materials management.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within utilities and/or public realm projects.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of Public Works Contracts (PWC) – desirable.
  
  
• Engineering qualification preferred, but not essential.
  
  
• Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  
  
• Strong project management and IT capabilities.
  
  
• Experience managing projects from initiation through to completion, maintaining positive client relationships.
  
  
• Ability to resolve challenges and negotiate effective solutions.
