What you’ll get in return The base salary for the position is expected to be approx. €75,000 - €85,000 (negotiable) depending on experience. Project Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
- 5+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor / PQS
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area
- Experience on large civils projects with a Main Contractor
- Civils / steel frame experience beneficial
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
As Project Quantity Surveyor
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager
- Advise on contractual matters – general and project level
- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
- Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- Negotiate and agree subcontractors
