You are an experienced QA/QC Engineer with a strong background delivering quality assurance and control across CSA, Mechanical or Electrical packages on major construction projects, looking to join a leading specialist contractor delivering large-scale data centre developments across Europe.
This is an on-site position based in Finland, offering the opportunity to join a market leader in turnkey data centre delivery. You will play a key role in driving quality standards across site activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, coordinating inspections and audits, and working closely with subcontractors and client representatives to ensure all works are delivered to the highest standard.

QA/QC Engineer Skills:
- 4 years’ experience in a QA/QC role within a construction environment (commercial / industrial / pharma / data centre preferred)
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or Engineering
- Strong knowledge of installation and commissioning processes
- Proven experience carrying out quality audits, inspections, and close-out procedures
- Ability to develop and implement project-specific quality plans
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational / planning skills
- Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with site teams, subcontractors, and client QA representatives
- Ability to self-manage, prioritise workloads, and work to tight deadlines
- Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify quality control implementation
- Ensure the company’s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site
- Generate and manage project-specific quality plans in line with project requirements
- Review subcontractor quality systems to ensure they are effective, acceptable, and compliant with company standards
- Liaise directly with the client QA/QC representative to resolve any potential issues efficiently
- Provide guidance and support to site staff to drive continuous improvement and ensure project feasibility
- Monitor and report on quality performance ensuring standards are maintained across all works
