You are a capable and collaborative Senior BIM Coordinator looking to step into a key role on a series of complex and rewarding construction projects.

This is a full-time, Dublin-based role with a hands-on focus. You'll be leading coordination efforts across MEP disciplines and contributing to both live and tender-stage projects using industry-leading software and standards.

BIM Coordinator Skills:
- A strong foundation in MEP services coordination.
- At least 5+ years of practical experience working with Revit, Navisworks, and federated model environments.
- Confidence leading coordination and troubleshooting workflows across BIM teams.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and rendering tools for visual outputs.
- A sharp eye for detail when it comes to both graphical content and embedded data.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently, while knowing when to collaborate and bring others into the loop.
As a BIM Coordinator:
- Taking ownership of the 3D coordination process using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD across M&E systems
- Driving the development of collaborative BIM models and producing the technical content needed—from schematics and as-builts to high-quality renders and COBie data.
- Hosting and chairing weekly coordination meetings and clash detection reviews—translating findings into clear, actionable updates.
- Working closely with project managers, engineers, site teams, and the BIM manager to ensure streamlined information flow across all disciplines.
- Managing shared and incoming models while maintaining accuracy and version control across the CDE.
- Producing asset-rich models and coordinating handover documentation such as Asset Information Models (AIM) and COBie datasets.
- Supporting tender submissions and live project delivery through drawing production, visual outputs, and technical input.
- Ensuring all outputs align with the Safety Statement, ISO-aligned quality systems, and H&S protocols.
- Using point cloud scans where applicable and integrating them into the BIM environment.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least €70,000 plus package.
