They currently have a large residential development consisting of up to 160 units of houses, apartments and duplexes in the Kildare area and have a need for a strong Senior Engineer to join their team.

They currently have a large residential development consisting of up to 160 units of houses, apartments and duplexes in the Kildare area and have a need for a strong Senior Engineer to join their team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on large-scale residential construction projects, preferably with an Irish developer or main contractor.
- Proven experience in managing teams and supervising junior engineers.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and construction best practices in Ireland.
- Proficiency with engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) and other industry tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams on major construction projects, ensuring all work is completed to high standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and design teams to coordinate works and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and subcontractors.
