The project involves the construction of a 2-storey structure and they need someone to manage and coordinate engineering activities on site for an extensive fit-out package. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate engineering activities on site for an extensive fit-out package.
- Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and the design team to ensure smooth delivery of works.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- Report on progress, technical challenges, and resource needs to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in Ireland
- Experience working on large scale data centre/fit out projects preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
