Your Role:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial and financial success of high-value civils projects. From initial budgeting through to final accounts, you will ensure value for money, cost efficiency, and excellence in delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cost control across all stages of the project
- Managing procurement, valuations, variations, and payments
- Providing detailed cost analysis and accurate financial reporting
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects
- Maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on quality service
What You Bring:
- 7+ years in Quantity Surveying with an Irish or UK Main Contractor
- Proven track record on large-scale civils projects
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
