Are you an experienced Senior Site Engineer looking to work on a landmark project?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading main contractor delivering a €100m high-rise apartment development. The project consists of 450+ apartments across five multi-storey blocks, with the tallest reaching 16 storeys. It involves extensive RC framework, groundworks, and brickwork, making it a challenging yet rewarding role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all setting-out and surveying activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Managing subcontractors and liaising with the project team to ensure smooth coordination of work.
- Ensuring all works meet high-quality standards, including RC frame structures, groundworks, and brickwork.
- Working closely with the Project Manager to drive project delivery on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer
- Strong background in reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures, groundworks, and brickwork.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams on-site.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
