We’re working with a well-established Main Contractor on a brand new €multi-million residential development. This project includes the construction of 20+ units of houses and duplexes, and the company is currently seeking a Site Engineer to oversee all setting out and civil engineering elements across the site.

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience working as a Site Engineer on residential or civil engineering projects in Ireland.
- Proficiency in setting out using robotic Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Strong knowledge of Irish building and health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all setting out duties using GPS, Total Station and levelling equipment for groundwork and structural elements.
- Manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and project timelines are met.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct labour on site to ensure accurate execution of works.
- Liaise with the design team and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues swiftly.
